Our MRes Programmes Our MRes programmes celebrate the research that is at the core of the classics department at Royal Holloway, and offer unique training in our areas of research specialism. The texts are studied from facsimiles and are chosen to illustrate the development of Greek bookhands and cursive scripts. You do not have to have an undergraduate qualification in a classical subject to apply for our Masters programmes – we welcome those with a general interest in the humanities.
